To I Me Aur Main With Love Malayalam Movie Download
Ishaan Sabharwal is the cool dude every woman loves to love. His girlfriend lets him live with her, at her expense. Quite the mama's boy, his sister is also protective about him. Lady boss at work reserves that poring gaze for him, too. Pampered Ishaan is very much aware of it all. He is happy being the hunk who refuses to grow up.John Abraham fits that cool dude prototype, faultlessly as the beef-hugging tees he sports in the film. Touting the actor as his box-office bet, debutant director Kapil Sharma sets out to craft a polished urban milieu that cloaks an inherent chauvinistic mindset. As the title obviously underlines, the film is all about probing the ego of such a commonplace male specimen as Ishaan. Take into account that the writer is a woman (Devika Bhagat), and the prospect seems exciting.Bhagat's writing however is shallow, unsure in the way it unfolds the tale. It banks more on feel-good vibes and maudlin mush than create scope for any serious introspection. I, Me Aur Main does not reveal much ambition beyond being a passable rom-com for the multiplex crowd.John's Ishaan, a talent scouting executive for a music company, would seem to have it all. That of course includes having a vital flaw. Despite having what you would consider a perfect love life with his girlfriend (Chitrangada Singh), our narcissistic hero is an outrageous flirt. The drama gets going when Anushka the girlfriend gets tired of his wayward ways. She throws him out of her house and his troubles only start here. Ishaan loses his job and the sister (Mini Mathur) he always took for granted is now seriously irked and won't bail him out.The film has its moments. The first half, when the story builds up, is credibly essayed. There are the regular fun-flick scenes in fits and starts and you hope all of it will lead to an imaginative finale.Yet, that never quite happens. A contrived plot spin will ensure Ishaan meets another girl, Gauri (Prachi Desai). Her spiel on life and love will reform him miraculously. Time for the standard triangle tangle. In the end, I, Me Aur Main tells a story you would have figured out if you closely watched the promos. There are no surprises here, really.John Abraham does well with his author-backed role, mixing dash and dilemma. Chitrangada and Prachi are too stereotyped in their casting - it's almost as if you would expect these actresses to play out the roles they get. That itself prevents either girl from adding any extra dimension to their acts. For a film trying to fathom the male psyche riddled with ego and confusion, I, Me Aur Main runs on too many cliches. The star cast's jig on the remix of a cult Sridevi hit can't save this one.
Ishaan (John Abraham )a charismatic, good-looking music producer from Mumbai, lives a sheltered existence as the e apple of his mother's (Zarina Wahab) eye, always protected by his elder sister Shivani (Mini Mathur). He stays at his girlfriend Anushka's (Chitrangda Singh's) house and takes them all for granted. His new neighbour Gauri (Prachi Desai) comes into his life and begins to fall in love with Gauri.
The movie, which is very detailed in its depiction of this early stage of the dementia, then rushes past while depicting the rest of the dementia journey. The main challenge, the main tragedy is what the disease does to the man. The acting is excellent.
`IMe Aur Main`: Romcom with potential let down by characters Rating: ***What do you with a self-obsessed guy like Ishaan who shoulders no responsibilityexcept that to his iron-board torso and matinee-idol posturings, who takeseveryone from Mom, Sis and girlfriend to success, friendship and karma forgranted?John Abraham plays the kind of narcissist whose life is just waiting to fallapart. It does, soon enough leaving him... well, high and not quite dry.For much of its economical playing-time, "I Me Aur Main" glides alonginnocuously in an urbane corporotized haze where women are allowed to besuccessful alongside men, though that success comes with a price.Hence to no one`s surprise, Anushka (Chitrangda) locks Ishaan (John) out of herhome and life. Ishaan doesn`t waste a moment in moving into a new apartmentwhere he begins anew with a flirty flighty neighbour Gauri (Prachi Desai). This is a dangerously thin ice for a desi romcom to tread on. The principalcharacters do not aspire to any higher ground of existence beyond what they areallotted by writers.Director Kapil Sharma`s film derives some succour and marginal strength fromurbane dialogues that the characters throw at one another at work and inparties.Indeed the most interesting character to be obtained in this romp-com is that ofIshaan`s frosty saree-clad, self-styled diva boss Beena (Raima Sen) who takesover the business and has poor Ishaan by his balls. The `b` word for such pushy sarcastic women is not discounted. It is interesting to see John play a complete jerk, the kind you wouldn`t wishon your sister or daughter. Unfortunately girls of a certain age do fall forattractive garbage.John plays the trashy Ishaan without reservation. A jerk, he is till a point inthe plot where you wonder how this self-serving ass will finally get hiscomeuppance. The payback comes in unexpected ways. The way an executive lifestyle and itssterile relationships are kept afloat in the film are proof of intelligent mindsenergizing this endeavour which strives to titillate bur gradually falls intothe terrain of torpidity with no hope of a rescue.John as the commitment-phobic cad skims over the smooth surface unable to nailthe character beyond the occasional smirk and the constant gleam in the eye.His character evolves gradually, though, with fatherhood fuelling a suddenchange of heart that would have been more convincing had Ishaan`s growth fromself-obsession to caring had been charted with more strokes of bold colours.Dwelling in the domain of surface-level emotions, "I Me Aur Main"tickles our fancy in just that proportion where we do not a walk away with asense of betrayal.John works hard to give character to his amoral character. His mumblingmonologue at the end with his newly-born is touching.Chitrangda smoulders with her bridled sex appeal exuding oomph without lettingany of it spill over.Prachi literally plays the girl nextdoor with a neighbourly warmth that wrapsaround John like a cosy shawl in winter.Television anchor Mini Mathur and Raima Sen provide colour and character to ascript that needed more motivation and a larger sense of responsibility inshowing its protagonist go from irresponsible to the committed."I Me Aur Main" is an inoffensive, sweet, tender and cute rom-comabout a selfish jerk and the two lovely ladies who come into his life. With anendearing threesome of principal actors who aren`t afraid to play flawed, thisfilm should have left us floored. Instead it just leaves us pleasantlyunderwhelmed.
